BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids) are composed of three branched-structure amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They are essential amino acids that the human body cannot synthesize on its own.
Supplementing amino acids during exercise helps maintain training performance and supports more consistent exercise outcome

SoliPro™ Instant BCAA Powder|Instantly Dissolving × Easy-to-Drink Sports Nutrition Solution
SoliPro™ Instant BCAA Powder is developed by Healthful Biotechnology Co., Ltd. using its innovative SoliPro™ patented micro-encapsulated instant-dissolving technology (Micro-encapsulated Solid Powders). This technology is designed to overcome the common challenges of conventional powders in terms of solubility and taste. By combining a multi-layer encapsulation structure with hydrophilic surface groups, the powder dissolves rapidly in water while significantly improving mouthfeel.
The product is certified under NSF and FSSC 22000 V6 international food safety management systems, complying with global food safety standards.

▲Patented micro-encapsulation instant-dissolving technology utilizes advanced encapsulation processes to effectively enhance the water solubility and chemical stability of core nutrients, while masking undesirable odors. This study evaluated the effects of BCAA supplementation on high-intensity resistance exercise in competitive national-league athletes. Assessments were conducted before exercise and from 24 to 96 hours post-exercise. Evaluation parameters included creatine kinase (CK), delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), and maximal voluntary contraction (MVC).
Participants in the BCAA group were required to be injury-free and to refrain from any physical activity during the 12-day testing period. In addition, they were instructed to avoid the use of anti-inflammatory medications, therapeutic treatments, and any additional nutritional supplements.

The results showed P = 0.010, which is also less than 0.05, proving that strength recovery in the BCAA group was significantly superior to that of the placebo group
